Our buttery Mission olives are cold-pressed with whole blood oranges for an oil that is tangy and flavorful but not fruit-forward.
From the Kitchen: We love the nuanced flavor of this oil in baked goods and desserts, from flourless chocolate torte to blueberry muffins. We even drizzle it in warmed ribbons over vanilla ice cream. Also try sautéing pork chops with a blend of Blood Orange Oil and tamari soy sauce, and serving them hot over a wilted spinach salad with mandarin orange slices, candied pecans and slivered white onion.
